I didn’t grow up with photographs of my childhood. My family didn’t own a camera, so there are no images of me as a baby, no pictures of my first birthday, my first day of school, or the moments that shaped who I became. For a long time, I felt the absence of those memories — not just the images, but the proof of those early chapters of my life.
That is why I do what I do today.
